After breast cancer surgery, it is important to maintain movement of the muscles and tissue around the surgical area. In addition to the training program you may have already been prescribed, BungyPump poles can provide an effective yet gentle workout where the intensity can be adjusted to suit your needs and current level of ability.
The Bungypump training program has been developed by BungyPump Sweden in collaboration with registered physiotherapist Rovena Westberg.
Please note, before starting any new type of program please consult your healthcare professional to see if the program is right for you.

Which poles suit this program
The Walkathlon is the most useful pole for a rehabilitation program, because it does two jobs. A moveable locking system holds the shaft rigid when you want steady support and nothing more, and unlocks to 4 kg of resistance when you are ready for it. A free upgrade to 6 kg is included, so the same pair carries you through as strength returns rather than needing replacing. If you would rather keep it simple, the Number One is a straightforward 4 kg pole at a lower price.
Every BungyPump pole is made in Sweden, adjusts from 100–145 cm depending on model, and is covered by a two-year warranty. Shipping is free anywhere in Australia on orders over $100.
For physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and accredited instructors. Trade pricing starts at five poles. We also lend demonstration poles at no charge to registered practitioners assessing BungyPump for patient use — in Sydney we will come to you and run the demonstration with your team. Get in touch. Practitioner enquiries only.
