Bungypump understands that buying goods online or by telephone without seeing them “first hand” has some limitations. We want only fully satisfied customers and therefore we have a “no obligation” purchase policy that allows you to return your purchase within seven days for a FULL REFUND.

If you feel the goods you receive are not for you, just contact bungypump Australia and ask for the return address. Return them unused and undamaged within seven days of receiving them and we will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method. Returned goods should be sent (at your cost) via Australia Post (registered post recommended for security). Please ensure that you include details of your name, address and the approx date of purchase.


If you have purchased a BungyPump product and now find that you’d prefer another model, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Provided the original purchase is unused and undamaged, we will happily exchange the product. In the event that the replacement product is less expensive than the original purchase, we will refund you the difference. Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-postage.

Ordering Online:

Just click onto the “Shop” section and browse the different options. When you have made your selection, click on the “Add to Cart” button. This puts your selection into your “Shopping Cart”. Ensure you select the right model. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart. If you have a coupon code, then enter the code and press “Apply Coupon” this will add the discount. When you are finished shopping, just click on “Checkout” or “Checkout with PayPal”, fill in the required information, and make complete the payment. The goods will be delivered to you within a few days.


We are currently offering FREE shipping anywhere in Australia.

Goods are shipped via Australia Post service. Goods are normally shipped the next business day (Mon to Fri) after receipt of your order – orders received before 12 noon may be shipped the same day. You can normally expect delivery after two clear business days (not incl Sat or Sun) from the order. Delivery to locations outside the main metropolitan areas may take a little longer.

New Zealand Shipping Details

All orders shipped to New Zealand will be shipped with Australia Post international for a flat rate of AUD$15.

Australia Post have advise a 3-4 business day delivery to most areas in New Zealand however delivery times may be delayed due to the current Covid-19 crisis.


Orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes in New Zealand. Bungypump Australia has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Bungypump Australia will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Bungypump Australia will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

  1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
  2. If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Sydney
  4. Items that are in stock are subject to same day dispatch.
  5. International orders are shipped via Australia Post.


Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship for a period of two years. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or a refund provided depending on the circumstances. Damage by misuse or neglect is not covered by warranty.
