Dennis has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 22 years. He started Fitness For You in 1995 and has since then been involved in both Personal Training and Rehabilitation.

His research has allowed him to stay at the forefront of new technology and training techniques with his clients being among the first to use buoyancy belts, TRX resistance training and BungyPumps.

Dennis has worked closely with some of the leading medical professionals in the country to create programmes that assist people to prolong the need for surgery and if possible to avoid it completely.

Merka Viigisalu – Walking with Poles

Walking with poles is free event every Monday night (if not raining) at 6pm at Centennial park. It is a very accessible activity and suitable for a wide range of people of different ages, gender and fitness levels. It is an ideal activity for people who dislike traditional sports, running and indoor gym activities or have not exercised for a while. Poles available for rent and for sale on the spot.

Walking group is lead by certified instructor and group trainer. She is from Estonia and has been walking with the poles since high school. Now it is part of her everyday lifestyle in Sydney. For more information call/text 040 655 8451.
