Wow! I thought the 4kg were great but the 6’ers really get the heart pumping and the triceps burning…..and no one wants ‘tuck shop’ arms! The energy Bungy pumps are a great progression from the 4kgs. I can work harder in a shorter period of time which is great as in time poor. Love my Bungy pumps.
